      1. Proposed title of this feature request

Remove a deleted pod from list of scrapable endpoints upon deletion of the pod.

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

When openshift software deletes a pod, openshift software should propagate that change through the openshift software so that the openshift software does not scrape a non-existing endpoint and translate the absence of a result into an alert.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

The Tier-n staff monitors production clusters and assumes alerts are not false positives and spends resources troubleshooting the alerts. We can't afford to spend resources on false positives, especially when the false positive is as obvious as an alert on deleted pod. We can't afford for the Tier-n staff to become unresponsive to alerts because so many of the alerts are false positives.

      4. List any affected packages or components.

      Openshift-monitoring
      Prometheus
