vSphere configuration update process for OCP4.x

the cloud provider config and the vSphere credentials are stored in configMap and Secret

To update the credential, secret in kube-system needs to be edited. Once credentials are changed, pods in kube-controller-manager needs to be redeployed.

3.Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Customer feel it's unnecessary to raise case with Red Hat to update the credentials as it being a simple common procedure. If it's already mentioned in documentation, it will be beneficial for future references for such requests.
