As an OpenShift application or cluster administrator I may set up policy objects to restrict and allow network traffic to and from my workloads.  As part of this process I would like to be able to validate that the traffic I expect to be open is actually open and the traffic I expect to block is actually blocked.

Request: provide a way to run a connectivity test between point a and point b where a and b are network boundaries/policies.
