Enhanced ResolutionFailed description to improve UX on operator installation

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
At the time of installing an operator, when an operator dependency can not be resolved (i.e GitOps dependency on Pipelines), the installation halts with an `Unknown failure` error. To improve the customer experience, the `Unknown failure` should be replaced with a more descriptive error that might point to a dependency resolution issue (i.e. `DependencyResolutionFailed` error).

To improve the overall UX on operator installation
