      1. Proposed title of this feature request

      Customize the Operator instance view UI on the Openshift web console - control placement of statusDescriptor fields

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

      i. Explicitly control placement of fields relative to each other. This is mostly achieved by the "order" label.
      ii. As the UI appears to be laid out in a two-column grid, controlling the horizontal and vertical span of fields in the grid of the screen. Some fields are wide and need to span across 2 columns;

      iii. Adding "empty" cells, i.e., if I have an odd number of fields, I must be able to insert an empty cell after the last field, so that, let's say my events table is displayed on a new row.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

      For better representation on the web console.

      4. List any affected packages or components.
