Allow batch uploads for Insights operator from disconnected clusters
What is the nature and description of the request?
Currently Insights can work only for connected (directly or via proxy) clusters. There is no way of utilizing these features for disconnected setup.
This proposal is to implement a way for batch upload of Telemetry and Insights data, thus allowing customers to utilize Insights for proactive problem detection.
Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Big FSI customers often deploy their OCP clusters in restricted network segments, so they can't consume Insights for proactive problem detection on their fleet. Proposed feature would help them with OCP management and improve overall OCP experience for them.
