2. What is the nature and description of the request? - Docs RFE. Requesting method for disabling NUMA equivalent to what is described in https://access.redhat.com/solutions/23216
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here) - Customer requests method to disable NUMA. We understand that OCP is not NUMA aware currently, but this can cause issues down the road when it does become NUMA aware.
