The customer has multiple VLANs configured in the OpenShift Nodes, some of these VLANs are configured using secondary bond interfaces in the OCP nodes (not managed by OVN).

They need to be able to configure Egress IPs from the CIDRs configured in these secondary interfaces. Multus could be used to do that, but they have a hard requirement that says pods traffic must exit the pod through its primary interface.

In this RFE we want to explore the possibility of OVN being able to attach EgressIPs from secondary node interfaces.
