2. What is the nature and description of the request?
The Spanish Electronic Administration within the ENS (Esquema Nacional de Seguridad) is requiring to inform the last access established with the user identity that was just granted to the platform which is missing for OpenShift. As CU need to meet the this security compliance request, this RFE is open to request this feature.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Due to high privilege data that can be leak by the accessing the OpenShift Container Platform, is a must that Customer compliant the ENS ordenance as per link below:
