Proposed title of this feature request

      Support editing node-monitor-grace-period and pod-eviction-timeout.

What is the nature and description of the request?

Those two values are editable but Red Hat does not support it.

Why does the customer need this?

A customer has the necessity to reduce to 15 seconds both parameters in total:

      • node-monitor-grace-period
      • pod-eviction-timeout

The customer requests that changing these parameters will be tested and supported by engineering and support teams in future releases.

This request is needed to have the quickest recovery possible of their control railway systems.

In example, control railway systems are essential for monitoring the proper state of the operation and performance. In addition, these systems help to have a working safety system.

Parameters can be changed but Red Hat don’t support it:
