Validate a supported way to move "/var/lib/etcd" to a new disk as day 2 task.
As lots of issues with OCP are related to slow disks for etcd, a way to move the "/var/lib/etcd" to a faster disk will help in several cases.
In OCP 4.6, it's possible to configure an additional disk for etcd at installation time in UPI installations. An also it will be included in a future 4.x version for IPI installations. But it's needed a supported way to be able to do the same in clusters already installed.
There is a KCS to separate "/var/lib/containers", but as this comment, it's only for that directory.
Te goal is having this supported from OCP 4.5+ (as OCP 4.4 is almost EOF).
