Expose interfaces for customers to "store" queried graphs into custom dashboards

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Customers have the need to build their own dashboards tailored on their own needs in regards to infrastructure and application.
As we need to provide a fully supported, integrated experience this is best addressed by having an interface similar to the one used by infrastructure components to add new dashboards.
Additional queries mean additional load onto the platform, which needs to provide some level of protection to avoid its operation being negatively impacted in an nontransparent way.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Custom dashboards are a must for:

• monitoring application specificity
• providing a single view where application metrics can be correlated to infrastructure one
• the current solution: roll your own Grafana does not provide a well-integrated (single-UI, OpenShift-IDP), fully supported experience.
