Ability to pass Identity Provider value through `oc login` command.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

As of now, if we have two IdP configured; while logging into the cluster through webconsole we get an option to choose between the IdP's, however, while going through the CLI we cannot pass the required IdP for the login.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Since we can't mention a specific IdP, there is a chance that the users might get locked in some circumstances, for example in parallel pipeline cases and also in scenarios wherein the same username is used with different IdPs without setting mappingMethod as add.

 OpenShift Auth Server / CLI (`oc login` command)
