Allow rollback in the Web Console

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Our documentation notes that "Rollbacks revert an application back to a previous revision and can be performed using the REST API, the CLI, or the web console.". This was allowed in OCP 3.x but does not seem possible in the Web Console in OCP 4.x.

This feature requests aims to allow rollbacks for Deployments in the Web Console for OCP 4.x. At the moment, this is a feature gap between the Web Console in OCP 3.x and OCP 4.x.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Most customer development teams are working with the CLI in OCP 4.x, where rollbacks work as expected. However, some customer development teams are working with the Web Console and are now missing the rollback functionality in the Web Console. The current workaround is to use the CLI to perform this action.
