      1. Proposed title of this feature request
Attached OKE subscriptions to clusters through cloud.redhat.com/openshift
      2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Customer owns both OpenShift Premium and OpenShift Kubernetes Engine (OKE) subscriptions.  There is currently no distinction made on cloud.redhat.com "Set Subscription" page or in Subscription Watch to differentiate between the two.
      1. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Customer needs to be able to identify subscription usage between OCP and OKE as the cluster usage and support is substantially different.   Currently Subscription Watch lumps all Premium/Standard subs together, which prevents the customer being able to identify compliance issues.

In addition Technical Support needs to be able to identify clusters that are covered by OKE subscriptions to deliver the correct level of support.

      1. List any affected packages or components.
