   Include IBM Power Systems service and productivity tools in RHCOS

1.  What is the nature and description of the request?
   There should be a possibility to include the IBM-power-repo repository and install IBM POWER Serviceability Tools for KVM Guests Systems or HMC Managed Systems.

1.  Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

It is not possible to perform DLPAR operation (dynamic LPAR reconfiguration - add/remove CPU, RAM, adapter). Cu had to add RAM to worker nodes and it was necessary to deactivate LPAR and activate it again with the changed profile.
There should be a possibility to include the IBM-power-repo repository and install IBM POWER Serviceability Tools for KVM Guests Systems or HMC Managed Systems.
