    Description

      1. Proposed title of this feature request

Ability to change the timezone of CoresOS nodes from UTC to some other TZ

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

The customer would like to change the timezone of CoreOS nodes from the default UTC TZ to any other TZ as per the requirement.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Because their OCP system is using UTC timezone and it creates confusion for them during troubleshooting. The current customer concern is that the administrators having issues with debugging and cronjobs to monitor and problem determination due to different time zone and a request Cluster-wide variable to set the TZ for all the pods and the nodes.  POD leave does not persist and tedious. Seems to be FAQ from Google"How to change TimeZone of entire Kubernetes cluster"

      4. List any affected packages or components.

      Red Hat CoreOS Nodes
