Allow changing Geneve and VXLAN port post-install

VXLAN/Geneve port can be customized at install time, but not post-install. We would like it to be customizable post-install.

Sometimes, customers may install the cluster using some VXLAN/Geneve port and need to change it post-install just because they found out that the used port is not suitable for it
