   Automatic cluster backup is requested.

1.  What is the nature and description of the request?
    Currently, cluster backup is taken using the script provided by Red Hat. However, as it's critical for customers to keep the cluster backup on regular intervals to avoid outages in the production environment. Automatic cluster backup is requested.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

• To avoid production outages in case of data corruption.
• To have a backup copy of the prod environment.
