Managing weights using the web console

    Description

      For A/B deployment strategies in 3.11, we had a functionality of  a slider to manage the service weights through webconsole. However, in OCP4 this feature has been removed.

      The customer would like to get this feature added to the OCP4 console because as of now the only method in OCP4 console to manage the service weights is by editing the YAML file.
