Support for more than one disk in machineset API for vSphere provider

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Customers using vSphere should be able to create machines with more than a disk, as it's already available for other cloud providers like AWS (RFE-441).

3. Why does the customer need this?

To have Proper disk layout that better address their needs.
