1.Proposed title of this feature request

'Control plane' link in the dashboard is clickable so as a user, you can select the components (API Servers, Controller Managers, etc.)

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

The dashboard shows the 'Control plane' pop up with different components but in the event of an issue, you cannot just click there to see the affected pods/services/ds/whatever. It only 'complains' if something happen, but you cannot 'go there' to debug it.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

It would be useful for customers if they want to use the UI to help them troubleshoot issues quickly.

      4. List any affected packages or components.

OCP Console in version 4.6.4 (but I guess all of them)
