List failed push images while catalog image mirroring

List failed pushed blob/manifests while catalog image mirroring in a disconnected environment.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

When user uses oc adm catalog mirror command, some of the blobs and manifests fail while they are pushed to the mirror registry but the mirroring still continues. Should we have a list of images which failed in such condition so that the user knows that they need to fix these first and then move ahead with operator install.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

The feature would help users know that operator install for the failed push images would cause install failure and before going for the same they would make sure that these images are addressed.

OpenShift Operator supported for disconnected env.
