Ability to set master MAC addresses during vSphere IPI deployment

Ability to set master MAC addresses during IPI deployment
2. What is the nature and description of the request?
We can set the MAC ID with UPI deployment but there are many requests from users to have this ability in IPI deployment as well.

In UPI we can set using below in install config

bootMACAddress: XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX
hardwareProfile: default
~~~

But If we can have the privilege of setting this in IPI then the customer might have more control over deployment.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

• With the ability to assign MAC addresses to each master node assignment of the correct IP address and hostname from DHCP using static reservations can be controlled.
• After installation, we can not change the IP/hostname so the user ends up with random IP and hostnames.
