      1. Proposed title of this feature request

       Ability to change the timezone of CoresOS nodes from UTC to some other TZ

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?

       The customer would like to change the timezone of CoreOS nodes from the default UTC TZ to any other TZ as per the requirement.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

        Because their OCP system is using UTC timezone and it creates confusion for them during troubleshooting while other servers use Eastern timezone.

      4. List any affected packages or components.
