The Installed Operators page in the Web Console can be improved by showing a bit more detail about an Operator that is in "Upgrading" status. Specifically, if the upgrade is awaiting manual approval.

This RFE stems from a repeated question received by RH support engineers regarding hanging upgrades or installations using OLM. I believe this same question has been asked repeatedly to the engineering team as well.
