      1. Proposed title of this feature request
Adding additional search domain for cluster dns in OCP IPI installation

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Currently, there is no proper way of adding search domains/namerserver to /etc/resolve.conf in OCP in IPI installation for OCP 4.x
We have the only solution[1] addressing the same by creating a machineconfig to update search domains/nameservers. This method works fine in UPI installations but it is not supported in IPI causing the machineconfigpool to go into degraded state. Also in IPI, there is node IP assigned with /etc/resolve.conf so it is not possible to modify with machineconfig.
We have suggested a workaround for adding entries manually in nodes /etc/resolve.conf as a workaround but it won't work as the entries will flush after rebooting the nodes.

Requesting you to add a correct way to update nameserver in OCP IPI.
