Manual rollout on web console for deployments

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
DeploymentConfigs have the option to "Start rollout" in Action menu, but Deployments don't have that option on web console. Deployments are recommended by RedHat so we would really want that kind of feature. For example, when ConfigMap is changed, it would be easier just to go to the "Deployments" and to click "Start rollout". That way is much better than deleting pods manually, or by running "oc rollout restart" command in the command line.
