Use custom icons in OpenShift 4 developer catalog

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Currently, only icons that are built-in (hard coded or in font-awesome) can be referenced in OpenShift templates. We would like to be able to point a template at our own custom icon.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
So that we can personalize the content we serve to our users and link application templates we develop and support with our branding and content for recognition in docs and knowledge management systems.
