Support Spring 2.5 in resteasy-spring integration

      Currently it's not possible to use the resteasy-spring integration with Spring 2.5 because of the missing SmartApplicationListener which is only available in Spring 3.

      The deployment of application fails with exception java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.springframework.context.event.SmartApplicationListener
