LinkDecorator fails with SpringMVC with NullPointerException

      Using LinkDecorator while running with Spring's DispatchServlet causes a NullPointerException. When I use EmbeddedContainer as my server and dispatcher, it runs fine. It also fails with the same message when using TJWSEmbeddedSpringMVCServer.
