Client still depends on Commons HttpClient 3.x instead of HttpComponent HttpClient 4.x

RestEasy Client still depends on Commons HttpClient 3.x instead of HttpComponent HttpClient 4.x.

This seems to be effected by/effects JBAS-6444 and JBAS-8841
