The resteasy.patch.filter.legacy context parameter should be deprecated. When set to false this will use Jakarta JSON Binding for processing patches. When set to true this will use Jackson. However, we should just use Jackson when it is the preferred provider and use Jakarta JSON Binding when it is the preferred provider.
