Remove the resteasy-client-jetty from the project

      In RESTEASY-3541 we deprecated the resteasy-client-jetty implementation in favor of the https://github.com/resteasy/resteasy-jetty project. For 7.0 we should remove the module from the build and keep it deprecated in 6.2.
