Remove support for RESTEasy to work with the security manager. The security manager has been deprecated for removal in Java SE. In Java SE 24 it was disabled and while calls in some cases still work, they produce warning logs.

Jakarta EE 11 has also removed support for the security manager. Jakarta REST 4.0 is part of jakarta EE 11. Therefore for RESTEasy 7.0, we will remove the support for the security manager as well.
