When the security manager is enabled, the ResteasyDeploymentImpl.getOptionValue() does not behave the same as when the security manager is disabled. When disabled, the ResteasyConfiguration is passed into the Option.getValue() method. When the security manager is enabled, it does not pass in the ResteasyConfiguration.
