Migrate tests that use @Context to use @Inject

      In Jakarta REST 4.0 the @Context annotation and the ContextResolver's are going to be removed. RESTEasy currently allows injecting most known types injection types. The test suite should be converted over to use @Inject where it can. The test ContextResolver implementations should be able to be converted to a CDI producer.

      This might take place in several stages doing the easy ones first. Some tests may not work immediately, but this is a good task to see where we are at with CDI support.

      One case that likely won't be able to be injected at this point are places where we inject a method parameter.
