Currently, the reactor-netty builder API for configuring the server is hidden from the end user.  I think there are some things controlled by things like system properties, but we are thinking it probably makes sense to expose the builder API to end users in some way.

I plan to start working on this soon and wanted to give you a chance to object early.  Of course, I'll look at the adapter doc and other adapters to see if there's an established pattern.  We'd need a build from the 5.x branch if we can get the work accepted.
