Remove left over Spring dependencies in the reasteay-dependency-bom

In the org.jboss.resteasy:resteasy-dependencies there are still some references to Spring. These should be removed. We also use the property in the file to update documentation. This should be changed to using an entity until we migrate to asciidoc.
