Deprecate the jakarta.ws.rs.ext.Providers service loading

    Description

      RESTEasy supports adding a META-INF/services/jakarta.ws.rs.ext.Providers file which acts like a service loader for providers. This is non-standard and should be deprecated in favor of using service loaders for the specific types. With Jakarta REST 3.1 this is a requirement for Feature's and DynamiFeature's (RESTEASY-3076). This could also be done in RESTEasy itself for other known types as well.
