rewrite required, "3.1.2. Upgrading RESTEasy within WildFly"

This section is too vague and too complex for the user.
It's unclear if the user MUST install wildfly with galleon's install tool
just to be able to install RESTEasy on top of it.  I'm assuming this is
not true.  

The user is pointed to generic galleon websites and must figure out on their own
what links there to follow in order to get an proper environment setup.  

This section is just too complex and too hard for the user to want to use this
feature.  The description must be rewritten to make this as easy and simple as 
possible for the user.  It needs a better over view description of the task and
direct links to the download page for galleon-cli.
