StreamingOutputTest hangs on CI intermittently

      The StreamingOutputTest for resteasy-reactive-netty hangs intermediately on CI. It tends to fail more often on Windows and Java SE 16/17. However, locally on a Windows VM I've not been able to reproduce it.
