The org.jboss.resteasy:resteasy-bom seems to be missing some transitive dependencies. For example org.jboss.resteasy:resteasy-cdi shows the following:

Both of those dependencies are requires and should not be scoped provided. This needs to be assessed in order to have a working BOM.
