If you have a look at https://search.maven.org/artifact/org.jboss.resteasy/resteasy-bom/4.7.0.Final/pom , the resteasy-core artifact is not defined in the BOM. It should be.

Note that I haven't checked if others were missing. Might be a good opportunity to do so.
