testsuite no longer runs successfully using -Dserver.home

      Script, enable-elytron-full-cli alters standalone-full.xml. The default
      run scenario installs a fresh wfly version for every module in testsuite,
      hence altering standalone-full.xml is not an issue. But this breaks testing
      when using -Dserver.home. The 2nd running of enable-elytron-full-cli throws
      the following error because an element can not be added when it already exists
      in standalone-full.xml.
