    Description

      After opening a PR to solve one problem we have seen many potential bugs in this class. The discussion is in this PR --> https://github.com/resteasy/Resteasy/pull/2810

      Looking at this class I think it is overly complex and it is generating potential issues. Thus, we concluded the design of this class need to be reviewed and I'm opening this JIRA to starting this task. Look at the https://github.com/resteasy/Resteasy/pull/2810 for further information.
