The current version of microprofile-rest-client-tck SSE tests can not be run
with the jakarta APIs. The microprofile-rest-client project 2.0.X versions are
built with a dependency on jetty-9.2.28.v20190418. jetty-11.0.3, the most
current version, contains the jakarta APIs changes but it also has API changes
of its own that makes it impossible for microprofile-rest-client-tck 2.0.X to
run on it. We must wait for the microprofile-rest-client project to release
a new version that uses a more current jetty version and fully migrates to the
jakarta APIs. microprofile-dev says this should be in October 2021. Until
this is resolved the microprofile-tck is disabled in the ee9 branch.
