There is PatchMethodFilter implemented in Jackson2 provider, can it be extracted to be reused in json-p-ee7 provider?

It would be helpful for people using json-p-ee7 and json-binding and not the Jackson based provider.

I think there is a value addition if this is provided out of the box by Resteasy, otherwise people may have to add a custom implementation of JsonPatch which can be error prone.
