In version 3.0.20.Final, some changes were made to the implementation of `org.jboss.resteasy.plugins.server.servlet.ResteasyBootstrap#contextInitialized` in the way it interacts with the `ServletContext`. Specifically, lines 30 thru 32 were changed. This breaking change (well it broke my app at least) was not mentioned (afaict) in the documentation.
