If a ResteasyDeployment is not stopped there is potential for the deployment to leak data to another deployment

    Description

      This may only be an issue with WildFly, however if a ResteasyDeployment is not stopped due to a deployment failure another deployment may see leaked resources from another deployment. In the case of WFLY-14199 a bean manager is leaked because stop is not invoked.
